The Volunteer Time Report displays Staff and Volunteer time that has been recorded on timesheets for Staff/Volunteer Job Cards. To run the report complete the following:

  • Start date - Specify the starting date of the report period.
  • End date - Specify the end date of the report period.
  • All Job Cards, Incomplete Only, Completed Only? - This filters based on the Job Card status.
  • Show Job Cards / Timesheets?
  • Just Job Cards - Includes details of only the Job Cards in that period.
  • Job Cards and individual Timesheets - Includes
  • Project - the Project of the Job Card's linked Referral
  • Volunteer or StaffMember orCarer - the Volunteer on the Job Card
  • Summary or Detail? - choose output format (see below)
  • All Job Cards, Incomplete Only, Completed Only? - taken from the "Completed Date" field on the Job Card (Job Cards with a date entered here are taken to be complete)
  • List Order - choose from listing by Job Card number, Client (alphabetical by surname), Staff/Volunteer (alphabetical by surname), or Postal Districts (District of the relevant organisation/person)


Reporting output (Summary version)

If you choose "Summary" in the "Summary or Detail" field, the output is simple time totals, as shown.

Reporting output (Detailed version)

If you choose "Detail" in the "Summary or Detail" field, the output is a table format, showing details of individual timesheets.

  • If a job card exists but there are no timesheets associated with it, then a "No Time Records" message will be shown.
  • If a job card has more than one timesheet associated with it, these will be shown on separate lines.
